Refund policy

At Four Friends Pet Supply, we want you and your pets to be happy with your purchase.

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Food, treats, supplements, and opened products cannot be returned for safety reasons.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at fourfriendspetstore@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
